  • Note on Account Creation: Accounts are created automatically upon your first purchase. Your login credentials (password) are generated and sent to your provided email address. We do not use user profile pictures or public profiles.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we collect anonymized data on how you interact with our site (pages visited, time spent, scrolling activity).
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type.
  • Server Logs: Our servers (utilizing LiteSpeed Web Server and CyberPanel) automatically record access logs for security and diagnostic purposes, including your IP address and request timestamps.
  • Security Telemetry: Information collected by our security vendors (Cloudflare & Google) to distinguish humans from bots. (See Section 11 for details).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To process your payment, automatically create your account, and grant access to paid articles or specific ebook viewing pages.
  • Content Delivery: To stream/embed ebook content from our object storage provider (CloudRaya) directly to your device.
  • Transaction Notifications: To send receipts, login credentials, and renewal notices via email.
  • Advertising: To display personalized advertisements via Google AdSense on our free articles (only if you consent via our Cookie Banner).
  • Donations: To process voluntary contributions to support Corequil.com.
  • Site Security: To protect our website and payments from spam, bot attacks, card testing fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. Payment and Financial Information

We do not store your credit card information or sensitive banking details on our servers.

  • Fiat Payment Gateways: Transactions are processed through third-party secure payment gateways including Duitku (for Indonesia) and PayPal (for International). These processors may collect payment information (such as Credit/Debit Card numbers, Apple Pay tokens, Google Pay details, or Bank Account credentials) directly from you to facilitate the transaction. Corequil.com does not have access to, nor do we store, full credit card numbers or bank credentials.
  • Cryptocurrency: We offer Direct Crypto Transfer options.
  • Blockchain Transparency: If you choose to pay or donate via cryptocurrency, please be aware that transaction details (Wallet Address, Transaction Hash, and Amount) are recorded on the public blockchain ledger. This information is public by nature, permanent, and outside our control.
  • Multi-Currency Display: We use currency conversion tools (like YayCurrency) that may detect your general location based on your IP address to display prices in your local currency.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Fonts: We prioritize your privacy by using System Fonts (fonts already installed on your device) rather than fetching fonts from third-party external servers like Google Fonts.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing & Storage

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share necessary data with the following infrastructure partners to run our services:

Cloud Infrastructure:

  • CloudRaya: Hosting provider for our ebook object storage. When you view an ebook, your IP address is visible to CloudRaya to deliver the content.
  • QUIC.cloud & LiteSpeed: Used for Content Delivery Network (CDN) and site optimization (caching) to ensure fast loading speeds globally.

Data Backup:

  • Google Drive: We perform automated, encrypted backups of our website database (which includes your email and transaction history) to Google Drive. This ensures your data is safe even in the event of a catastrophic server failure.

Email Services:

  • Brevo: We use Brevo (integrated via FluentSMTP) as our email delivery provider to ensure transactional emails (password resets, purchase receipts) reach your inbox reliably. Your email address is processed by Brevo to facilitate this delivery.

Embedded Media:

  • Articles may contain embedded videos from platforms like YouTube. Playing these videos may allow the third party to set cookies on your device.

6. Sponsorship and Editorial Policy

To sustain our operations, Corequil.com is open to strategic partnerships and sponsorships. However, we maintain a strict Data Privacy Firewall regarding these partnerships:

  • No Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data (email, names, purchase history) with our sponsors.
  • Editorial Independence: Sponsors have zero influence over our research outcomes. While you may see sponsored content, our database remains private and is never sold to sponsors for their marketing lists.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us (e.g., links to crypto exchanges, wallets, or news sources). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. 8. User Interaction

  • Comments: The commenting system is globally disabled on Corequil.com. We do not collect user data through public comment forms.
  • Gravatar: We do not utilize Gravatar or user profile images to minimize data transfer to third parties.

9. Children’s Privacy

Corequil.com is a general audience site intended for users interested in economics and cryptocurrency. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). 10. International Data Transfers

Corequil.com is operated from Indonesia. If you are accessing the site from the European Union (EU), United States, or other regions, please note that your personal information will be transferred to, processed, and backed up in Indonesia and our cloud storage locations (Google Drive). By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

11. Security Infrastructure & Automated Decision Making

To protect your account and our payment systems, we employ a Layered Security approach using third-party data processors. By using our forms, you acknowledge the processing of data by these vendors:

A. Account Access Security (Cloudflare)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on login, registration, and password reset forms.

  • Purpose: To verify that requests are made by humans, not bots, without using intrusive tracking.
  • Data Processed: Telemetry data such as mouse movement, IP address, and browser performance signals.
  • Privacy: Cloudflare Turnstile is designed to be privacy-first and does not look for tracking cookies or use data for advertising purposes.
  • Fallback: In the rare event that Cloudflare services are unavailable, our system will automatically fallback to Google reCAPTCHA v2 to maintain security.

B. Transaction Fraud Protection (Google)

On checkout and payment processing pages (specifically via WooCommerce PayPal Payments), we utilize Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Invisible) with a v2 fallback.

  • Purpose: To prevent “Card Testing” fraud and comply with payment network (Visa/Mastercard) security requirements.
  • Data Processed: Hardware and software information (e.g., device and application data) and behavioral patterns are sent to Google for analysis.
  • Terms: Use of the reCAPTCHA service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

12. Notice to California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.

  • Right to Know: You may request details about the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.
