Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Corequil.com, we strive to be transparent with our billing practices. Because we sell intangible digital goods and services (Digital Content & Memberships) that are delivered instantly via the internet, our refund policy is strict.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks & Single Articles)

All sales of Ebooks and Single Articles are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Instant Access: Upon successful payment, our system automatically creates your account and grants immediate access to the purchased content (e.g., the Ebook reading page).
  • No “Change of Mind”: Since the product is “delivered” instantly upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if you decide the content is not what you expected.
  • Technical Issues: If you cannot access the content due to a server error on our end, please contact support. We will fix the access issue, but this does not constitute grounds for a monetary refund unless the content is permanently unavailable.

2. Membership Subscriptions (User Plus)

2.1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time to prevent future charges.

  • How to Cancel: Log in to your account, go to the “My Account” / Member Dashboard, and click the “Cancel” button under your subscription details.
  • Deadline: You must cancel before your next renewal date.
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, your access to “User Plus” content will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to a free user.

2.2. Refund on Renewals

  • No Refunds for Forgotten Cancellations: We do NOT offer refunds for subscription renewals that have already been processed. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to subscribe.

3. Exceptions (Billing Errors)

We only issue refunds in the specific case of Technical Billing Errors.

  • Double Billing: If our system or payment gateway accidentally charges you twice for the same invoice/period, we will refund the duplicate transaction in full.
  • To Request: Please contact admin@corequil.com with proof of the duplicate charge.

4. Processing Time

If a refund request is approved (strictly for billing errors), please allow up to 14 business days for our team and the payment processor (Duitku/PayPal) to process the transaction. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
