Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Corequil.com website (the “Service”) operated by Corequil (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

To access paid content (“User Plus” or Ebooks), you must purchase a product which will automatically generate a user account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

1.2. Account Sharing Policy

Your account is for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

  • Monitoring: Our system monitors simultaneous logins from different IP addresses or geographic locations.
  • Violation: If we detect suspicious account sharing activity, we reserve the right to issue a warning. Continued violation will result in the permanent termination of your account without refund.

1.3. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

  • Automatic Renewal: If you subscribe to a monthly membership, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation must be done before the renewal date.
  • No Refunds on Renewal: We enforce a Strict No Refund Policy. If you fail to cancel before the renewal date and are charged for the next month, we will not refund the charge. You will retain access until that billing period expires.

1.4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing at any time.

  • Existing Members: If the price increases, you will not be grandfathered into the old price. You will be notified via email prior to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

1.5. Automated Security & Access Restrictions

To protect our platform and user accounts from fraud, brute-force attacks, and automated scraping, we utilize advanced security layers (including Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA).

  • Security Checks: You agree to undergo automated security challenges (CAPTCHA) during login, registration, or checkout.
  • Access Block: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the Service if our security systems detect suspicious behavior consistent with botnets, scraping scripts, or malicious traffic.
  • VPN/Proxy Usage: The use of VPNs, Tor, or anonymous proxies may trigger these security measures and prevent you from accessing your account. Corequil.com is not liable for access interruptions caused by your use of network-obfuscating tools.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks) & License

2.1. Nature of Purchase (Access vs. Ownership)

When you purchase an ebook on Corequil.com, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content via our secure web reader. You are NOT purchasing a downloadable file (PDF/ePub).

2.2. “Lifetime of Website” Access

Your access to purchased ebooks is valid for the Lifetime of the Website. This means you can access the content for as long as Corequil.com remains operational.

  • If Corequil.com ceases operations permanently, your access to the content will terminate. We are not obligated to provide offline copies or refunds in such an event.

2.3. Copyright Protection (DRM)

  • Ebooks: You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, screen recordings, scraping, or attempting to download the ebook content. Any attempt to bypass our protection mechanisms (hosted on CloudRaya) will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
  • Paid Articles: You may quote or take screenshots of paid articles for personal reference, provided you include a clear attribution and link back to Corequil.com.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1. Payment Methods

We utilize third-party payment processors to facilitate secure transactions.

  • Supported Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Digital Wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay), and various international local payment methods (e.g., Bancontact, BLIK, iDEAL, Przelewy24, etc.) as supported by our processors.
  • Payment Processors:
    • Indonesia: Processed via Duitku (supporting Virtual Accounts, QRIS, E-Wallets).
    • International: Processed via PayPal (including PayPal’s supported local funding sources).
  • Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through our processors) to charge the applicable fees to your designated billing instrument.

3.2. Chargebacks and Disputes

We have zero tolerance for fraudulent chargebacks.

  • If you open a dispute or chargeback with PayPal, your credit card issuer, or bank after receiving access to our digital content, your account will be immediately and permanently banned.
  • We will submit your access logs and this agreement as evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

The content on our free articles is protected by copyright.

  • Permitted Use: You may quote, share, or screenshot free articles for educational or discussion purposes, provided you include a mandatory source link to Corequil.com.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy-paste full articles to your own website or blog (“Plagiarism”) without our written permission.

4.2. Trademarks

The “Corequil” name and logo are trademarks of our entity. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service without our permission.

4.3. Image Usage & AI Disclaimer

Visual content displayed on Corequil.com, including article thumbnails and ebook illustrations, may include:

  • AI-Generated Content: Images created using Artificial Intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or Copilot). These images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect real-world individuals, places, or events.
  • Third-Party Illustrations: Images used for educational and critical commentary purposes under the principle of “Fair Use”.
  • Copyright Notice: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at admin@corequil.com with proof of ownership, and we will promptly remove or attribute the content.
